While we strive to deliver services to you as per the specified timelines and requirements for each product or service purchased from Shlok Tax Wala, if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you may be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • A refund will only be considered if there is a clear and visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Shlok Tax Wala.
    • Refund requests based solely on a change of mind will not be entertained, as there is no fault, defect, or obligation on Shlok Tax Wala.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Refund requests will not be accepted once the work has been shared with you, in the event of a change of mind. However, you may have the option to utilize the amount paid for an alternative service of equal value at Shlok Tax Wala.
    • Requests for refunds must be raised within 30 (thirty) days of completing the purchase of a service or product. Refund requests received after this period, especially after work completion, will be deemed invalid.
    • If a refund request is approved by Shlok Tax Wala, you will be notified via email. Please allow a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days for the refund process to be completed and credited to your bank account. We assure you that we will handle the refund process with care and ensure the prompt return of your funds.
